This cool artwork is titled 'Large Seal' and was created by French-American artist, Niki de Saint Phalle in 1999. It is made of fiberglass, resin, steel armature, ceramic tiles, tumbled stone and mirror. With its tunnels and windows this large seal invites children to play on it.
The park is open daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.
