Heartlands a former mining complex which has been converted to an exhibition and visitor centre.
As World Heritage Site covers vast areas of Cornwall's mining history
The Heartlands is perhaps a good starting to point.

Heatlands formally the "Robinson's shaft" sits within the area of the "Great Flat Lode"(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Great_Flat_Lode). A very rich source of minerals Tin, Copper and other.
All around this area there are still ruins of Chimneys, Engine Houses and production buildings to explore

Other areas across Cornwall have equally a lot of mining history. Something for the visitor to explore further.
