In einem privaten Garten in der Reuklstraße in Hollabrunn steht ein Buchsbaum, der in die Form eines Katzenkopfes mit zwei spitzen Ohren geschnitten wurde. Katzen waren lange Zeit dafür zuständig, die Mäusepopulation klein zu halten. Dafür durften sie dann im Weinkeller einen warmen Platz auf einem Fass für sich beanspruchen. Daher ist die sogenannte Kellerkatze ein uraltes, beliebtes Symbol für den Weinbau in und um Hollabrunn.

For a long time cats were responsible for keeping the mouse population small. For this they were allowed to claim a warm place on a barrel in the wine cellar. Therefore the so-called "Kellerkatze" (cellar cat) is an ancient, popular symbol for winegrowing in and around Hollabrunn.
