76F685 is a typical Vertical Control disk, on the southeast concrete foundation wall of the Atlantic Place building. from the corner of Water Street and Ayres Cove, head down the hill (towards the harbour) and watch for the disk on the the side of the building just before the first door (was blue when I visited, but such things change with time).
