The chronogram is located on the sandstone pedestal.
The inscription is a lot of dilapidated. The Latin text mentions the first name of Saint John of Nepomuk.
The Roman numerals of chronogram are larger than the other letters and are not color-coded from the rest of the text.

The statue was erected in 1707, but chronogram gives the year 1207 - probably missing (?) letter 'D'.

Saint John of Nepomuk (or John Nepomucene) [Czech: Jan Nepomucký; German: Johannes Nepomuk; Latin: Ioannes (or Ioannis) Nepomucenus (c. 1345 – March 20, 1393) is the saint of Bohemia (Czech Republic), who was drowned in the Vltava river at the behest of Wenceslaus, King of the Romans and King of Bohemia. Later accounts state that he was the confessor of the queen of Bohemia and he refused to divulge the secrets of the confessional. On the basis of this account, John of Nepomuk is considered the first martyr of the Seal of the Confessional, a patron against calumnies and, because of the manner of his death, a protector from floods and drowning.

Na novodobém kamenném hranolovém omítaném podstavci bez památkové hodnoty je umístena pískovcová ctvercová deska o rozmeru 1 x1 m, která jako jediná zbyla z puvodního podstavce. Na celní strane je zdobena plastickým aliancním erbem a rímsovou deskou, na jejíž celní strane je plasticky vystupující nápis s chronogramem: SaCto IoannI nepoMVCeno. Na podstavci stojí na nízkém okoseném plintu socha svetce v životní velikosti a v obvyklém kanovnickém rouchu, biret drží v levé ruce. Postava je silne esovite prohnutá v kontrapostu s vytlaceným pravým kolenem. Pravicí objímá Krucifix, v levicí, ve kterém drží biret, mírne podpírá dolní cást brevna. Materiál: pískovec
