Gotebo Cemetery was originally located in the town proper, but due to flooding, it was moved in 1905 to its present location, on a hill east of town. There are currently 1279 burials here, with the oldest one being from 1896.

The cemetery is well kept and is bisected in both directions by gravels drives. There are very few trees, mostly located in the southwest portion. A plot map and several memorials are located in the southeast portion of the cemetery.
