This memorial to veterans of the First Gulf War (1990-91), which is also known as Operation Desert Storm, is found near the east entrance to the Caddo County Courthouse in Anadarko, Oklahoma. The memorial is one of a set of stone benches to one side of a larger general veterans memorial. There is a small monument dedicated to military dogs nearby.

The inscription reads:
PRESENTED IN HONOR OF THE MEN AND WOMEN OF CADDO COUTY
WHO SERVED IN OPERATION DESERT STORM 1990-1991
BY STUDENTS, STAFF, AND PATRONS OF ANADARKO PUBLIC SCHOOLS
