This mural was painted by Bob Palmer and his mural students, as are so many throughout Oklahoma. Celebrating Oklahoma's centennial, the mural is divided into three sections.

On the left with the date 1907 is a bison and nursing baby. In the center, dated 1957, a map of Oklahoma and the State shield, plus a vintage '57 vehicle shows the transition from Statehood to Centennial. On the right, with the date 2007, an elevated highway shows traffic and a city skyline. Above the display windows on the far right are the words: "WELCOME TO HINTON /Est. 1902"
