Quaint little city park in near downtown Camden, Rectory Park has several interesting sights, including an old cannon mounted on a concrete pedestal.

This is a muzzle loading cannon from possibly the Revolutionary War or Civil War. There is no interpretive board at the cannon to give the viewer more information. On top of the cannon, one finds the inscription of SP. The muzzle has No. 1 inscribed.
