La Patrona Mexican Restaurant is located in a two-story brick building in downtown Bristow at the corner of Main and 7th. The name shown on the cloth canopy outside is Medrano's but don't be fooled. On the window a pretty senorita announces that this is indeed La Patrona.
The restaurant is small, but the menu is large, and everything is home cooked. Dinners range from $8.00-10.00, with some slightly higher Fajita meals. The appetizers are scrumptious, and they also provide kid's meals and orders to go. (They even have a few American meals if that's your taste). You can't go wrong if you stop in here for lunch or dinner.
