This Vietnam War Memorial in Woonsocket, Rhode Island, is made from polished black granite. It is located on the north side of Worrall Street, southeast of the Post Office and west of the Police station.

This Vietnam War Memorial in Woonsocket, Rhode Island, is made from polished black granite. It is located on the north side of Worrall Street, southeast of the Post Office and west of the Police station.

The monument takes the form of a semi-circle made from four monoliths of black granite that is highly polished. As a unit, the curved wall faces south, with the shortest piece to the west. Each segment is uniformly about one foot thick. Each varies in height, forming a continuously rising ramp from left to right as viewed from the front.
