The 'Windsor Civic Guide' has several 'street directory' maps of the area of western Sydney, specifically: Richmond, Pitt Town, Windsor CBD, and Hawkesbury Area. Some others are on the reverse side.
There is a good index of the streets, not just of Richmond, but for each of the areas. It accurately show where you are, opposite the Richmond RAFF Base.
