The sky-blue painted Frame is set up like a TV from the 1980's, and it is aimed towards a yellow plastic double slippery slide. The Frame is set on two red-painted metal poles, with three blue-painted metal stools behind it, for the photographer to get comfortable on.
The view is available 24/7. Not too far away are public toilets.
