The Lakeside Cemetery Chapel is an stone chapel, built 1932, in the Neo-Gothic style. The building has a pitched slate roof and a granite exterior with limestone trim. The front and rear of the chapel have projecting entry sections with sharply pitched gable roofs and the side has a similar porte-cochère.

Lakeside Cemetery Chapel has been listed on the Naional Register of Historic Places in 1989. (visit link)
