This large steel buoy has a large elliptical shackle at the top, and at the bottom, while it is support by short tripod of rusty steel bars beneath. It seems to be partly supporting an arm of a sign of an earlier business that was run out of this address.
The buoy seems to be made of to steel hemispheres welded together, and is painted sky blue for the oceans, and green for the landmasses. It may also show the depth of the oceans.
