This intricate carving of an eagle is located on the east side of Rose Hill Burial Park, next to the drive.
The eagle is perched on top of four balanced "ro which themselves are on top of the flattened top tree stump. The eagle's wings extend to the bottom rock. It is looking downward, a little to his right. The wings, chest, and head feathers are carved with a lot of detail. Each wing has four layers of feathers, each several inches long, about eight across.
The total height is 9', with the breakdown as follows:
