The Feltons Mill Covered Bridge was built in 1892 by builder W. S. Mullins.
The bridge is 106 feet in length by 13 feet in width.
The bridge, crosses Brush Creek, is privately owned, and in poor condition. The bridge is on private property and is best viewed from the bridge that bypassed it on E. Mattie Road.
Feltons Mill Covered Bridge is a Burr Truss framed structure, and a 1 span bridge.
