EN: This sluice gate is located just north of the train station of Bad Säckingen on the Gewerbebach, an old irrigation channel, which was probably used for energy production for mills and the like.
The gate looks freshly renewed and is still fully functional.
DE: Diese Schleuse befindet sich etwas nördlich des Bahnhofs von Bad Säckingen am Gewerbebach, einem alten Bewässerungskanal, der vermutlich zur Energiegewinnung für Mühlen und ähnliches benutzt wurde.
Die Schleuse sieht frisch erneuert aus und ist noch voll funktionstüchtig.
