The memorial is a metal plaque attached to a tree in the back of the cemetery, near both the Cruce and Crosier families. It reads:

Private Cruce (d. 11/23/1944) is buried in the Netherlands American Cemetery, while PFC Crosier (d. 2/16/1945) is at the Manila American Cemetery in the Philippines.
