Hidalgo's Mexican restaurant has an artistic neon display that reflects the Mexican culture. Two red, curved hot peppers form the mustache,
the word Hidalgo's forms the "face", and an unknown item crosses the top of the S, all together forming an image of a person with a mustache and hat. The four main colors used in these neon lights are green, red, white, and yellow.
Hidalgo's offers a great selection of Mexican food, and their complimentary chips/salsa offer more selections than any restaurant I have eaten at. They offer a good selection of vegan menu items, which is not often found in Mexican restaurants.
