A simple tub style baptism font in St Andrew's church, Darmsden. An example of a modest High Victorian church with contemporary fixtures and fittings.
Built 1460, entirely rebuilt 1880 in Decorated style. Chancel, nave, south porch, west bellcote.
The church was closed in 1973 and officially declared redundant in 1979. In 1983 a trust formed by local people purchased the church from the Church of England.
