Après la salle 4DX inaugurée le 13 décembre 2017, c'est au tour de la salle IMAX de faire son apparition. Pour un investissement de 3,4 millions d'euros, Pathé a installé cette nouvelle salle dans un bâtiment derrière le cinéma existant. La salle de 11 mètres de haut contient 341 sièges installés en arrondi comme au théâtre et un écran immense. Depuis le 7 février 2018 l'expérience IMAX LASER a commencé dans le complexe carolo.

After the 4DX hall inaugurated on December 13, 2017, it is the turn of the IMAX room to make its appearance. For an investment of 3.4 million euros, Pathé installed this new room in a building behind the existing cinema. The 11 meter high room contains 341 seats installed in rounded as at the theater and a huge screen. Since February 7, 2018 the IMAX LASER experiment has started in the carolo complex.
