The benchmark disk is located on a small dam within Chapman State Park (no fee for day use visits). It is relatively easy to access the mark on foot.

Enter the Park and park in the lot immediately after crossing the small Farnsworth Branch bridge (the reservoir is visible to your right). Walk back to the roadway and walk 400 feet back to the bridge, crossing over it. Turn left and head towards the dam, walking 230 feet across the lawn to reach the wingwall. The disk is on the top of the wingwall, near the end of the black iron railing.

The BM does not appear on the National Geodetic Survey Data Explorer website, but a description of the mark was found in the PennDOT PAMS Non-Spatial Benchmarks database:
penndotpams.org/NAD27-NGVD29%20Survey%20Control/Warren/USGS%20BMs/Warren.pdf
Described as "Claredon, 5.10 mi SW. of; at Chapman Dam; at top of S. end of W. wall just N. of sloping portion of wingwall; standard tablet stamped "YZ 1 1952" 1436.808
