Claquato Church - U.S. National Register of Historic Places on Waymarking.com

The church was built in 1858 and was the third church erected north of the Columbia River. In age it is more than half as old as our nation, dating from 1776. It is a small building (20 ft by 30 ft) and is surmounted by a belfry consisting of a louvered quare, upon which is superimposed a louvered octagon of lesser dimensions upon which in turn is mounted a symbolic crown of thorns.
