The cornerstone of the old Chickasha Federal Building (which now serves as City Hall) is engraved with the name of the Secretary of the Treasury, the name of the supervising architect, and the date of construction in Roman numerals. This elegant Italian Renaissance Revival building is also on the National Registry of Historic Places.
