The Frederick County Court House, in Winchester Va was built in 1840 and was used as a prison and hospital during the Civil War. Now it houses over 3000 artifacts from the Civil War.
Admission is $3 per person, age 5 and up; children 4 & under free. $2 per person for groups of 10 of more persons (contact the museum ahead of time).
