This is a pretty good sized location, with small tables and chairs along one side of the store, with bigger tables and some comfy chairs down the middle. There's also a small outdoor patio where one can watch traffic going up and down US 175.

Didn't think to ask how long this one has been open, but it can't be more than a few weeks, as I've been going up and down US 175 on my trips to/from Athens over the last few weeks. Stopped in to get a Christmas Blend in my personal cup, got friendly service and greetings from everybody there. Nice cup of coffee to keep me warm in the "cold" 40 degrees of Texas, while I'm taking photos.
