This sculpture on the OU campus depicts the portrait of a woman (about 3' wide), at the top of a 6' tall pole, with two flowers thru her head. The wire forming her head wraps around and around down the pole, giving the total height to be about 9 ft. The pole is green, and the petals of the flowers are green (6 on each). Needle Woman is on the north side of the Jan Marie and Richard J. Crawford Music Practice Wing, west of the Parrington Oval.
