The church is located at 190 Dennis Rd, Wadesboro, NC 28170. The bell is mounted on a brick pediment at front left of the entrance.

There is not a cover over the bell leaving it exposed to the elements. It appears to be painted a silver color as with aluminum paint. The casting on the front of the yoke reads "The C. S. Bell Co. 32 Hillsboro O." The back was too shadowed to read along with a rudimentary repair to crack in the yoke obscuring all the casting.
