A brass plaque is inscribed:
THIS LECTERN IS DEDICATED TO
THE MEN AND WOMEN OF EVESHAM WHO
SERVED THEIR COUNTRY IN THE
GREAT WAR 1914 - 1918
- with logos of the Vale of Evesham Historical Society, The Churches Conservation Trust, and Heritage Lottery Fund.
This lectern, and others in the display were built by Ian Lloyd-Oswell. They contain information boards relating to St Lawrence and All Saints' churches.
