"Manchester House. This building was
constructed in 1897 and has a stone date
plaque as a record. The ground floor façade
was completed rebuilt in the late 20th century.
Above this are four first floor bay windows
topped with cast iron balconettes. The roofline
has two mock timber-frame gables with purlins
on corbelled brackets."
