Access is fairly easy although you'd need a 4wd for the last bit up Black Sugarloaf Mountain. It is located next to a communications tower.
The track runs off Quarry Road through a paddock and has two gates in it. The gates were not locked, but closed. The last couple of hundred metres are reasonably steep so you'd need low range.
