Excerpt about it's building: "El Nino was not good news for Watsonville’s brand new $738,000 skate park, which has been delayed at least four months by rain.

The project, which broke ground in Ramsay Park Aug. 11, 2015, remains at least another two months from completion due to wet soil. The skate park was slated for completion by the end of 2015." (visit link)
