Review:
Great service, despite an out-of-commission espresso machine. Like everybody else that day, I missed the signs for it on the door and at the counter -- duh -- so I did what any sane human being would do: Rather than throw my toys out of the crib or try to manipulate things to get a free beverage, I got a chai latte, sneaked a dollar across the counter for a tip, and went away quite happy.
