1962 - High school relocates to current location & E E Fell along with the old high school became the junior high
1980 - Building remodels for Community Education
2005 - Jubilee Ministries buys the Midtown Block and extensive renovations begin.
2008 - In the Fall, the first 3 tenants: Jubilee Ministries, Young Life, and LAUP move in to the Midtown Center.
2018 - 11 organizations occupy the remodeled classrooms.
