The E.E. Fell building, which was built in 1919, had stood vacant since 2005 when Holland Public Schools moved out its administrative offices and put it up for sale.
Jubilee Ministries, a Holland-based nonprofit, bought the building the next year and has been working on putting the Liberty Village project together as part of its Midtown Campus initiative.
