The City of Philadelphia has initiated a bike share program called Indego that proves to be extremely beneficial to both tourists and residents. They have provided over 1000 bikes scattered around the city which can be rented for $17 a month. The bikes include a basket, three gears, lights which function by pedaling, and an adjustable seat.
The Indego station in this waymark can be found at 2nd and Market Streets, close to the big tourist areas of the Liberty Bell, Independence Hall, the Betsy Ross House and Elfreth Alley.
