[DE] Die Evangelische Kirche befindet sich im Burgbereich. Mit dem Bau einer Kapelle begann man im Jahr 1862 auf dem Burgberg. Eingeweiht wurde sie im Jahre 1867. Der Wiederaufbau erfolgte bis zum Jahre 1949, nach dem sie durch Bombenangriffe im Juli 1944 zerstört wurde. Im Jahre 1957 erhielt die Kirche ihre heutige schlichte Form.

Aufgeführt ist die Kirche in der Liste der Kulturdenkmäler für Daun: "neugotischer Bau, 1865–67"

[EN] The Protestant Church is located in the castle area. The construction of a chapel on the castle hill began in 1862. It was inaugurated in 1867 and rebuilt until 1949, when it was destroyed by bombing in July 1944. In 1957 the church was given its current simple form.

The church is listed as a cultural monument for Daun: "neo-gothic building, 1865-67"
