Robbers Cave State Park is a scenic park and wildlife preserve with over 8000 acres of lakes, camping, hiking and climbing venues. North of the nature center, adjacent to Lake Carlton, is an old amphitheater constructed by the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) in the 1930's. Just to the east of this is a 9-hole disc golf course.
As you approach the course from the northeast, a sign announces the amphitheater and golf course. Attached to a rough wooden fence is a map of the disc golf course itself, showing the position of the 9 holes. The YOU ARE THERE indication on the map is just east of Hole No. 1.
