In Brookline, at Sears Chapel, is this peace pole put up by the Unity Boston church.
The chapel is located on Colchester Street, near the intersection with Chapel Street.
The pole is at the top of a slope, and is about 100 ft east of the front entrance to the church. The pole is a four-sided post, painted white and standing about 4 ft tall. On each side are two statements in a language. It is at the center of a garden circle (no plants in it at the time). Beyond are widely spaced chairs and some tables.
