The photo cutout is located just inside the public entrance to the Royal Canadian Mint in Winnipeg. It is accessible 9am to 5pm. In summer: 7 days a week; in Winter: Tuesday thru Saturday. You can be sure that you are on video camera surveillance when visiting it.
