Fluthers Car Park is the largest car park in Cupar, a market town in the Kingdom of Fife in Scotland. An electric car charging point is situated to the right of the entrance and is signposted as such with two parking bays for each point.

The car park is on East Burnside, right on the mini-roundabout heading into the town from the east on the main A91 road to the east of the town centre.
