A beautiful towering fountain at a Mexican restaurant

This tall fountain at Tapatio Mexican Restaurant stands about 17 feet tall, and the circular base is about 10' diameter. It appears that tiles line the interior of the base, and flat rocks line the bottom. Water flows from the very top, down the tiers of the fountain to the base below. Some plant leave carvings decorate the base. The border is about 3' tall.
The fountain is located inside a large fenced outdoor patio for the restaurant, complete with couches, chairs, and tables.
