Dagny Marencia Bergquist was born on 12 February 1903. Her first husband Iner A. Frykland died in 1950. She married Lee Lloyd Briggs, who lived a colorful life and died in 1977. She is buried near her first husband, but both names are on the grave marker, with Briggs in parenthesis.

Dagny lived in Ashland all of her life and was involved in several businesses (listed in her FindAGrave biography). She died on 23 August 2006 at 103 and a half years old.
