Prepravník je umísten na podvozku stredního nákladního automobilu ZIL-131 (6x6) ruské výroby.
Slouží pro doplnování systému na palubách letounu lékarským kyslíkem. Samotná nástavba v sobe zahrnuje 21 kusu vysokotlakých ocelových lahví, rozdelených do trí sekcí. Maximální tlak v jedné láhvi je 15 Mpa.
Soucástí nástavby je i kompresor pro precerpávání kyslíku a autonomní hasicí systém. Hmotnost prostredku je 11800kg.

The container is located on the chassis of a medium-sized truck ZIL-131 (6x6) of Russian production.
Used to replenish the system on board airplanes with medical oxygen. The superstructure itself includes 21 high-pressure steel bottles, divided into three sections. The maximum pressure in one bottle is 15 MPa.
The superstructure also includes a compressor for oxygen pumping and an autonomous extinguishing system. The weight of the device is 11800kg.
