Vrtulník je v soucasné dobe vystaven v Muzeu letecké a pozemní techniky ve Vyškove.
Mil Mi-2 T Hoplite registracní znacky 8749 (v. c. 518749074) byl strední transportní sedmimístný vrtulník klasické konstrukce s jedním trílistým pravotocivým nosným a dvoulistým vyrovnávacím rotorem. Stroj je vybaven pevným (nezatahovatelným) tríbodovým podvozkem. Byl pohánen dvema motory Isotov GDT-350.

Moskevský vrtulníkový závod M. L. Mila (anglicky oznacován jako Mil Helicopters) je ruská konstrukcní kancelár založená v roce 1947 Michailem Leontjevicem Milem. V roce 2006 se Mil, spolecne dalšími ostatními ruskými výrobci vrtulníku Kamov a Rostvertol, stal soucástí koncernu Ruské vrtulníky. Obchodní znacka Mil zustala u vrtulníku zachována.
Závod sídlí v Ljuberckém rajónu v Moskevské oblasti, nedaleko Moskvy.

The helicopter is currently exhibited at the Aircraft and Ground Engineering Museum in Vyškov.
Mil Mi-2 T Hoplite registration mark 8749 (No. 518749074) was a medium-sized seven-seater classical helicopter with one triangular right-handed and two-lane alignment rotor. The machine is equipped with a fixed (non-retractable) three-point undercarriage. It was powered by two Isotov GDT-350 engines.

About the manufacturer
The Moscow helicopter race M. Milo (Millic Helicopters) is a Russian design office founded in 1947 by Mikhail Leontievich Mile. In 2006, Mil, together with other Russian helicopter makers Kamov and Rostvertol, became part of the Russian Helicopter Group. The Mil brand has been retained by helicopters.
The plant is based in the Ljubertsy District in the Moscow region, near Moscow.
