Leslie (male) Forest Smallwood has a tree stump headstone which stands on four horizontal logs engraved with a calla lily. We did a double-take when we read the dates as we were under the impression that the Woodmen of the World headstones were discontinued n the 1920's, but this is a WOW marker and not one of the Woodmen off-shoots.
The inscription is engraved on a shield and reads:
