Red Oak is a cemtery is 1321 burials at this time. The area is flat, and well kept, with very few trees. There is a gravel perimeter drive around the boundary, as well as a couple of drives north-south at the center.
There was no cemetery sign at the entrance, which is located along side a small church at the northwest corner of the cemetery. The entrance was flanked by two tall rock pillars. At the center of the cemetery is a partially open wood pavilion.
