Community garden opened in 2017 in the Hamburg district of Meiendorf.
Anyone can participate in the MeiNa, the Meiendorf neighbourhood garden. The use and participation is free of charge. Plants are planted in raised beds built by the gardeners themselves. The material - pallets, nails, screws - is provided. When gardening, value is placed on environmental protection and creative recycling. For example, a disused pot, shoe or even a broken bag can be planted.
The garden is supported by Diakonie - project "Opening doors - diversity
