Vlajka obce Úholicky má pomer stran 2 : 3 a vychází ze trí základních barev obecního znaku: modrá, cervená a žlutá. Centrální cásti vlajky dominuje žlutý lipový strom na deleném modro-cerveném pozadí. Pod jeho vetvemi je po obou stranách umístena šesticípá žlutá hvezda. Ve stredu žluté báze se nachází 2-ramenná cervená kotva.

The municipal flag of the village Úholicky has a 2:3 aspect ratio and uses three basic colors of the local emblem: blue, red and yellow. The central part of the flag dominates the yellow linden tree on a devided blue-red background. Under linden branches there is a six-pointed yellow star on both sides. In the center of the yellow base there is a 2-arm red anchor.
